Instructions: From the Alpha Strength deck, grab the cards shown below. Perform each exercise in order. Round 1 is 10 reps per exercise. Round 2 is 20 reps per exercise. Round 3 is 30 reps per exercise. Round 4 is 40 reps per exercise. And Round 5 is 50 reps per exercise. Rest 60-seconds between rounds. Go for time.
